There may be many questions you have before your first appointment. See what to expect, common questions and how to schedule your appointment below.
How do I Schedule an Appointment?
To better match you with the right service, we have updated our scheduling process. You will now be able to schedule your free 10 minute discovery call by clicking this link and completing the short questionnaire. I look forward to speaking with you soon!

Please note, due to high volume we regret that we are unable to answer specific questions through Messenger, please use the portal for contact if you are a current client.
What Can I Expect During my First Appointment?
The initial functional consultation allows for you and/or your child to get to know Kasey, discuss all of your symptoms, health history and answer any questions that you may have. From there, we will develop a health plan and begin making the necessary lifestyle changes.
Do You Accept Insurance?
We do not accept insurance, because insurance does not accept us! This is unlike the type of care you are used to. You will actually have someone delving deep into your whole story, and investigating ROOT CAUSES of your issues, not trying to label you as a diagnosis or trying to chase your symptoms. With that said, some labs may be covered by insurance.
We offer the most competitive and affordable cash rates for they quality of service we provide. We also accept check or credit card payment options.
What do I Need to Bring to my First Appointment?
After scheduling your first appointment you will receive an email that has an intake form to complete. This digital form is simple and easy to fill out, no paper required. If you are not able to fill this out, please let us know at the time of scheduling and we will make sure you receive the forms via an alternate delivery method.
